Usually you will commit to one session a week at the same time of day.
Each therapeutic counselling session runs for 50 or 60 minutes, depending on location.

Extended sessions can be arranged on a case by case basis.
To secure your session, you need to make full payment no less than 48-hours before the scheduled meeting.
Payments can be made by Pay Pal. Alternatively, you can also pay the fee directly into a bank account – please see details below.

You need to advise me at least 24 hours in advance that you want to cancel your session. Otherwise, full payment for the missed appointment will be retained.
Assessment/Introduction Meeting
Before committing to regular therapeutic counselling sessions, I will arrange an introductory/assessment meeting with you. This initial meeting will serve to provide you with an opportunity to experience whether my cultivation of the person-centred approach to counselling is what you would like to commit yourself to, ask questions, talk about your expectations and possible outcomes of therapeutic counselling. During the introductory/assessment session I will also explain to you the limits of confidentiality and other contractual matters.
If, after the introductory/assessment session, you/we decide to go ahead with therapeutic counselling, I will provide you with a written contract, which will need to be signed by both of us. The contract will assist us both in defining our separate roles and commitments. It will also serve as a declaration and assurance of my integrity as well as my responsibility and accountability for my work with you as your therapeutic counsellor. I also accept verbal contract agreements.
Each individual therapeutic counselling session is £85 and lasts:
- 60 minutes online
- 50 minutes face-to-face.
